Artists Showcasing
our Equines
Peggy Judy
Peggy Judy created the painting to the left of our three cremello mustangs that we use as our logo. She lives outside of Crawford Colorado with her husband, Dr. Lin Judy (our veterinarian) at the base of Needle Rock.
Her work resides here in the USA as well as the UK and Europe. She has been honored with acceptance into Major Western Art Shows and Museums throughout the western United States.
She is represented by top art galleries with an emphasis on contemporary western art around the country.
Maren Kallas
An artist friend of Spirit Wind Horse Rescue from Wyoming visited last January and spent three days "plein air" painting amongst horse helpers and breathtakingly beautiful scenery. You can see her work at mkallas.com

Rosemary Ranck
Rosemary is a local artist specializing in pet portraits. This is Lefty one of our rescue donkeys. You might think that Rosemary made a mistake painting Lefty's front legs. Actually poor Lefty is quite knock kneed. It is like she has two left feet, thus her name Lefty.
You can read more about Rosemary's art here. You can contact her here.
